I am relocating for TSMC or Intel, where should I buy for the commute?

TSMC is located in north Phoenix near Loop 303 and Lone Mountain Road, while Intel has facilities in Chandler and Ocotillo in the southeast valley. For TSMC, you might consider areas in north Phoenix, Surprise, Peoria, or even parts of the north valley depending on your commute tolerance and budget. For Intel Chandler or Ocotillo, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, and Queen Creek are common choices. Commute times vary significantly based on your shift and traffic patterns. Each area has different price points, amenities, and lifestyle factors to weigh.
