What does a SAID line actually cost per month?

Arizona's new Special Assessment Improvement District tool can add a separate tax line on top of your mortgage, insurance, and standard property tax. This calculator models the worst-case rate cap so you can compare sticker price to real monthly cost. In my experience buyers that are not fully aware of this are often caught off guard and sometimes burdened by the unexpected monthly costs, so it is important to always make sure to read all the builder disclosures with a strong focus on understanding all the real costs.
