Below are a few tips to using the search above. 

1. Use the Tools at the bottom of the map to draw shapes on the map that will create a search area.

2. Start with less criteria and narrow the search as you go.

3. As soon as you think you are getting near the results you are looking for click on "Save" below to save the search. You will be prompted to create an account. Doing so will allow you to mark houses you like as "Favorites" as well as the ability to "Reject" homes you don't like. When you come back you can "Log In" to your account and not have to re-sort through all the homes you have already gone through.

4. When you are ready to get into a property use the "Request Showing" button to get in contact with us.

5. Download our Cell Phone Application from our Home Page for free to easily search properties while on the road. Instead of calling off the listing sign for details you can search by address on your phone. You can contact us through the application to setup a private showing.

6. On the "Map" tab below notice the "Driving Directions" link in the upper right. This will take you straight to Google Maps to help you find your way.

7. Notice in the upper right of the search you can search by "Criteria" or "Map Search."

8. After you create an account by using the "Save" button, use the Smiley Faces you will find with each listing to sort the results.

9. Save Multiple Searches to make future searching easier and faster.
