I have had Skip spray the yard of every home I have lived in for the past 10 years (As of 2010).  He comes out once a year and sprays the entire yard and we hardly pull a single weed the rest of the year.  The product he uses is pretty darned good.  He can sometimes be hard to get in touch with, but the price and product are worth the little effort it might take to reach him.
